To maintain a credible, respectful, and safe environment, all users must adhere to the following policies when posting content, commenting, or engaging with others.

Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed anywhere on OG1, including posts, comments, profiles, and articles:

3.1 Inappropriate or Explicit Content

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Graphic or disturbing imagery
• Content unrelated to a professional sports environment

3.2 Harassment & Abuse

• Personal attacks, bullying, or intimidation
• Threats of violence or harm
• Repeated unwanted interactions (targeted harassment)

3.3 Hate Speech

• Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability

3.4 Defamation & False Information

• False statements presented as fact about individuals or organizations
• Misrepresentation of credentials, experience, or affiliations
• Content intended to damage reputations without evidence

3.5 Spam & Manipulation

• Repetitive or irrelevant content
• Promotional spam unrelated to professional development
• Artificial engagement tactics (bots, fake accounts, coordinated manipulation)

3.6 Illegal or Harmful Activities

• Content promoting illegal behavior
• Sharing private or confidential information without consent

Commenting & Discussion Standards

Comments on posts and articles must:

• Be relevant and constructive
• Avoid personal attacks or inflammatory language
• Contribute to professional dialogue
• OG1 is not a debate platform for hostility—it is a space for respectful expertise exchange.

Reporting & Enforcement

5.1 Reporting Content

• Users can report:

Reports are reviewed by OG1 moderation.

5.2 Strike System

OG1 uses a graduated enforcement system:

• First Strike

  • Warning issued
  • Content may be removed
  • Education on policy violation

• Second Strike

  • Temporary account restrictions (e.g., posting or commenting limits)

• Third Strike

  • Account suspension or permanent ban

5.3 Immediate Enforcement (No Warning)
